SCHOOL HOLIDAYS outside long w’ends – 2 night min. stay per site

FIREWOOD, ICE, BOTTLED WATER & SOFT DRINKS ALL FOR SALE TWICE DAILY

NB Guests are welcome to bring their own FIREWOOD, but if more is needed once checked in, wood must be purchased.  Collecting timber from neighbouring private properties is not permitted.

DOGS– Notification is required WHEN BOOKING (including breed of dog)

Dogs must be on leads/runs at all times & kept within camping area – not permitted at amenities/house area.  They are not allowed to run free at your campsite.  All dog messes are to be picked up & disposed of in the campfires – not in garbage bins from a hygiene perspective

Dogs are welcome to enjoy river time with their family!

BOOKING & PAYMENT CONDITIONS: –

• CASH PAYMENT ONLY ON ARRIVAL – NO Eftpos facilities or Mobile Coverage – All guests are receipted accordingly.
• DEPOSITS REQUIRED : -.

1 night non-refundable/non transferable deposit per couple/family/single adult (equivalent to tariff per night) by EFT only.  Deposits are only transferable should a local adverse weather event prevent safe access to Cundle Flat Farm.

NB:  All tariffs are non-refundable after payment is received & receipted and nights and number of guests confirmed remain payable.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY GUESTS ARRIVING AFTER 5PM
